Job Summary: We are seeking Production Operators to select and package fruits and vegetables, contributing to the supply of healthy agricultural products. Key Highlights: 1. Promotes order, initiative, and punctuality Our client, a company providing agricultural product supply solutions—including fruits and vegetables—and facilitating access to healthy and nutritious food, has entrusted us with recruiting five (5) Production Operators. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Selection of fruits, packaging, labeling, and other production-area duties. * Follow instructions based on training. * Prior experience is not required. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Primary or secondary education. * Orderliness, initiative, and punctuality. **BENEFITS:** * Inclusion in the SME payroll, with all legally mandated benefits. * Remuneration of S/ 1,200.00 soles. * Family allowance: S/ 113.00 (applicable to employees with minor children) * Payments: Biweekly. * Statutory benefits at 50%: CTS, two bonuses, ESSALUD, SCTR, and Life Insurance as per law. **WORK LOCATION AND HOURS:** * San Luis District. * Monday to Friday: 6:30 a.m. – 5:45 p.m. * Break schedule: Approx. 15-minute breakfast break and 1-hour lunch break. * On-site work.
