P **PRODUCTION OPERATOR** **REQUIREMENTS:** * Completed Secondary Education (must have certificate of completed secondary studies) * 3 months of experience in warehouse, production and operations * Availability to work 8-hour shifts, rotating weekly among 3 shifts: Morning (7:00 AM – 3:00 PM), Afternoon (3:00 PM – 11:00 PM) and Night (11:00 PM – 7:00 AM). **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Facilitate and/or provide the Production Machine Operator with necessary supplies to efficiently meet the work schedule. * Assist and/or support Production Machine Operators during the production process to meet established operational timelines. * Attend company-scheduled meetings to participate in programs and support company objectives. * Ensure and/or carry out compliance with SIG standards in activities to minimize applicable risks related to quality, environment, safety and occupational health, and food safety. * Actively participate in continuous improvement programs and similar initiatives to foster a work culture based on excellence in our processes, according to company needs, procedures and policies. * Provide support in additional duties assigned by the direct supervisor. **BENEFITS:** * Offer includes: On payroll \+ competitive salary (General Regime) \+ statutory benefits \+ company benefits. * Dynamic work environment, under pressure and team-oriented.
