




**At MP Outsourcing Logístico, a third-party logistics services company, we are seeking top talent for the position of Recruitment and Selection Assistant.** **Responsibilities:** * Create and draft job postings according to the profile specified by the requesting department. * Design the job description based on the requirements outlined by the operations department. * Evaluate candidates and propose a shortlisted trio of qualified candidates. * Coordinate interviews between the shortlisted candidates and the department head. * Administer psychometric tests and personality assessments. * Initiate the onboarding process and be responsible for new employee onboarding. * Compile employees’ personnel files for submission to the Human Resources Administration department.
