Job Summary: We are seeking Sewing Operators with experience operating industrial sewing machines to join the Productos Paraíso del Perú team. Key Highlights: 1. Experience operating straight, overlock, or coverstitch machines (JUKI or other brands) 2. Willingness to work rotating 12-hour shifts 3. Opportunity for professional growth based on performance On behalf of our client **Productos Paraíso del Perú**, we are currently recruiting **Sewing Operators** to join their team. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Completed secondary education *(mandatory)*. * Minimum 6 months of sewing experience operating straight, overlock, or coverstitch machines (JUKI or other brands). * Availability to work rotating 12-hour shifts. * Availability to work overtime. **BENEFITS:** * Base salary of S/ 1,400 on payroll for an 8-hour workday. * Overtime pay in accordance with labor law (up to 4 additional hours per day). * Potential monthly income of up to S/ 2,000\. * Direct and comprehensive payroll registration, including 100% statutory benefits (BONUS PAYMENT — two additional salaries per year, COMPENSATORY TIME OFF — one additional salary, PAID VACATIONS, FAMILY ALLOWANCE, HEALTH INSURANCE, among others). * 100% covered meals (two meals per day). * Night shift bonus of S/ 60\. * Career progression path aligned with performance. **Contact:** 977 506 286 Salary: S/.1,400\.00 \- S/.2,000\.00 per month Application Questions: * How many years of experience do you have as a Sewing Operator operating straight, overlock, coverstitch, or JUKI machines?
