




Position Summary: We are seeking a B2B Commercial Executive to develop and manage the full sales cycle—from prospecting to customer retention—in the telecommunications sector. Key Highlights: 1. Our client is a telecommunications company with over 30 years of experience delivering technological solutions to the private sector and representing leading brands in communications and electronic security. We are currently seeking **a B2B Commercial Executive.** **Main Responsibilities:** \- Active prospecting and acquisition of new B2B clients (phone calls, WhatsApp, on-site visits, and referrals). \- End-to-end management of the sales process: initial contact, needs assessment, proposal preparation, negotiation, and closing. \- Preparation, sending, and follow-up of quotations and commercial proposals. \- Post-sales follow-up and customer retention. \- Recording and updating commercial information in databases and/or CRM systems. \- Achievement of targets and KPIs. \- Training of the sales team. **Requirements** \- Minimum of 2 years of verifiable B2B sales experience, preferably in: IT, telecommunications, communications (radios), electronic security, CCTV, access control, intrusion detection, or related fields. \- Active client portfolio (desirable), with willingness to develop new clients from scratch. \- Basic proficiency in digital tools (Excel / Google Sheets, ERP, email). \- Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills. \- Availability for on-site work. **Work Modality and Conditions** \- Modality: 100% on-site \- Work location: Lince \- Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 6:35 p.m. \- Field visits: Occasional and scheduled \- Compensation: Market-competitive, commensurate with experience, including a performance-based variable component.
