




Position Summary: We are seeking an Accounting graduate or bachelor's degree candidate to support voucher recording, reviews and bank reconciliations, and document management. Key Highlights: 1. Support in reviewing petty cash boxes and bank reconciliations. 2. Assistance in tax and financial reviews of the department. 3. Management and control of physical and digital documentation. **Responsibilities:** * Recording purchase vouchers in accounting systems. * Supporting petty cash box reviews, pending deliveries for reimbursement, and reimbursements. * Assisting with bank reconciliations. * Supporting tax and financial reviews of the department. * Participating in information gathering for tax and financial audits. * Managing and controlling physical and digital documentation. * Supporting the review of operations related to IGV (deductions, withholdings, and perceptions). Requirements * Graduate or Bachelor’s degree candidate in Accounting. * Prior pre-professional internship experience in accounting or similar functions is desirable. * Basic knowledge of accounting transaction recording (academic or professional). * Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (mandatory). * Familiarity with the General Accounting Plan (desirable). * Knowledge of basic IFRS (desirable). * Experience using ERP accounting systems.
