Job Summary: Logistics Financial Analyst responsible for recording, controlling, and validating operational transactions, ensuring compliance with IFRS and financial data integrity. Our client, **MULTINATIONAL LOGISTICS SERVICES PROVIDER**, is seeking a **Logistics Financial Analyst** who meets the following profile: **REQUIREMENTS:** * Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fields. * 3–5 years of experience in financial auditing, accounting, or financial analysis, preferably in high-volume transaction environments. * Experience in services, logistics, and/or international trade sectors. (Mandatory) * Strong knowledge of Oracle ERP functionality. (Mandatory) * Solid understanding of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS). * Advanced English proficiency. (Mandatory) * Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and hands-on experience with Power Query. **WORK CONDITIONS:** * Market-competitive salary. * On-site schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM in San Isidro. * Payroll: General regime. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Record and control operational transactions related to logistics services (procurement, invoicing, intercompany services), ensuring compliance with IFRS. * Validate and reconcile operational documents (B/L, waybills, invoices, debit/credit notes) against commercial agreements, ensuring correct accounting treatment. * Manage and oversee accurate information integration between the OTM (Oracle Transportation Management) system and Oracle ERP financial modules, ensuring operational traceability. * Execute monthly financial closing for logistics operations, including accruals, unbilled revenue, accumulated costs, and key reconciliations. * Perform high-volume account reconciliations: accounts receivable (AR), accounts payable (AP), deferred revenue, in-transit costs, and operational accounts. * Analyze and ensure financial data integrity, identifying discrepancies and proposing process improvements. * Support other financial activities assigned by the department head.
