Job Summary: We are seeking a Logistics and Warehouse Supervisor to optimize the supply chain, manage inventory and distribution, and supervise teams, ensuring operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manage and optimize warehouse organization and inventory control. 2. Plan and execute order distribution during high-demand campaigns. 3. Manage the vehicle fleet and supervise the driver team. A Peruvian book publishing company is looking for a **Logistics and Warehouse Supervisor** who meets the following profile: **REQUIREMENTS:** * Technical or Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Logistics, or related fields. * Minimum 3 years of experience as Logistics Coordinator, Warehouse Manager, or similar roles. * Proven experience in e\-commerce, last-mile delivery, and WMS system implementation. * Knowledge of logistics KPIs (inventory, shipments, lead times, costs). * Experience in supplier management, fleet management, and logistics procurement. * Advanced Excel proficiency. **EMPLOYMENT CONDITIONS:** * **Market-competitive salary** * **On-site schedule:** Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM, and Saturdays, 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM, in the district of Surco. * **Payroll:** Remype (15 days of vacation) with eligibility to join Mype (50% of benefits) **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Manage and optimize warehouse organization (layout, space allocation, receiving, shipping, and inventory control), ensuring order, traceability, and operational efficiency. * Supervise stock control, ensuring appropriate inventory levels for operations and preventing stockouts or overstocking. * Plan and execute order distribution during high-demand campaigns, ensuring on-time delivery. * Coordinate the end-to-end virtual order fulfillment process (picking, packing, and shipping), ensuring timely deliveries and service quality. * Manage the vehicle fleet, monitoring maintenance, routes, fuel consumption, and documentation. * Supervise the driver team, ensuring adherence to routes, delivery timelines, and safety regulations. * Manage procurement requests from various departments, ensuring timely supply. * Design, implement, and improve purchasing and logistics processes, procedures, and policies. * Evaluate, negotiate, and qualify suppliers based on quality, cost, and delivery timelines.
