Position Summary: Contribute to the Bank's planning and management control activities, ensuring clear and timely information for senior management. Key Responsibilities: 1. Participate in the preparation of management reports for senior management 2. Support the analysis of revenue, expense, and operational efficiency variances 3. Provide support in the automation and improvement of management reports **Job Description** ---------------------- Your mission will be to contribute to the Bank's planning and management control process, ensuring access to clear and timely information. * Participate in the preparation of management reports for senior management (comparison of actual results vs. budget) * Support the analysis of revenue, expense, and operational efficiency variances in coordination with relevant departments. * Support the updating of management indicators (KPIs) * Provide support in the automation and improvement of management reports **Candidate Requirements** -------------------------- * Graduated in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Accounting, or related fields. * Tools: Power BI, SQL, Python, and Advanced Excel * Competencies: effective communication, analytical thinking, organization, and proactivity.
