Monitor stock levels and supervise supplier deliveries. **Date:** Mar 20, 2026 **Location:** CALLAO, Peru **Company:** Alicorp S.A.A. **What will be your challenge?** Ensure the short-, medium-, and long-term supply of indirect materials to all Alicorp plants and subsidiaries, guaranteeing product availability in the required quantity and at the right time according to consumption requirements, while maintaining optimal inventory levels aligned with operational efficiencies. **What will you do in your role?** * Ensure material supply to all plants through the issuance, adjustments, and tracking of purchase orders, allocations, and internal requests. * Generate procurement forecasts based on historical consumption using statistical models. * Participate in weekly SLA Procurement, Maintenance, Weekly, and Control Tower meetings. * Coordinate with Maintenance and Procurement teams. * Determine and monitor stock levels to be maintained both in warehouses and at suppliers by updating and modifying logistical parameters for packaging and supplies in the system. * Supervise and support materials management operators, ensuring suppliers receive timely delivery projections. * Coordinate with planners and buyers regarding maintenance and updates of system-managed information (requirements, provisional orders, contracts). * Propose and load into the system supply parameters per item group, complying with the company’s inventory guidelines and supervising their operational execution. **What do we need from you?** * Minimum 2 years’ experience in planning or supply planning roles; experience in fast-moving consumer goods is preferred. * Graduate in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields. * SAP proficiency (basic level) is desirable. * Advanced Excel skills. * Intermediate-level Power BI knowledge and proficiency. * Supply Chain specialization course (desirable). * Demand forecasting construction knowledge (desirable).
