Job Summary: Responsible for supervising, recording, and diagnosing maintenance and repairs of the company's vehicle fleet and heavy machinery, coordinating spare parts procurement, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. Key Highlights: 1. Vehicle and heavy machinery maintenance supervision and diagnosis. 2. Coordination of spare parts and workshop supplies procurement. 3. Compliance with safety regulations and policies. REQUIREMENTS * Automotive Mechanics course or technical diploma (preferred) * 1 year of experience in similar positions RESPONSIBILITIES 1\. Supervise and record maintenance of the company's vehicle fleet and heavy machinery units. 2\. Diagnose, record, or schedule major and minor repairs for the company's vehicle fleet units. 3\. Supervise and approve work performed by external workshops. 4\. Coordinate with administration to procure necessary spare parts and supplies for the normal operation of the mechanical workshop area. 5\. Keep the work area clean and organized. 6\. Maintain tools and equipment in good condition. 7\. Report completed and pending tasks to the immediate supervisor, maintaining a logbook of these activities to ensure effective maintenance control of the units. 8\. Perform other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor. 9\. Comply with all applicable safety regulations and policies in accordance with safety procedures.
