Position Summary: We are seeking an Operations Manager with experience in the sector to supervise and coordinate maintenance activities, train personnel, and optimize processes within an industrial hardware company. Due to our ambitious continuous improvement plan, we are seeking an **OPERATIONS MANAGER** with sector-specific experience and leadership vision. **What will be your main challenges and responsibilities?** * Supervise and coordinate daily corrective and preventive maintenance of machinery and equipment. * Supervise and train electrical maintenance, welding, and general services personnel, conducting operational performance analyses to identify improvement opportunities. * Develop and implement operational plans and strategies to optimize resource utilization, product marketing, and distribution—meeting quality standards, optimizing costs, and improving operational efficiency. * Supervise procurement, storage, inventory management, warehouse operations, and product distribution, ensuring process effectiveness. **What is the ideal profile for this position?** * Technical or university graduate in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, International Business, or related fields. * Minimum 5 years of operations management experience, preferably in the steel industry or industrial products sector, supervising and coordinating work teams. * Availability to work in Callao: Monday to Friday, 8:15 am to 6:00 pm; Saturdays, 8:30 am to 12:45 pm. **What do we offer to help you grow with us?** * Base salary above market average. * Full statutory benefits from day one (mid-year and year-end bonuses, CTS, vacation leave, SCTR, EsSalud, free uniforms, family allowance, etc.). * Renewable contract based on performance. * Timely bi-weekly payments. * Statutory Life Insurance for employee and beneficiaries. * Continuous training. * Career development path within a leading company in the industry. * Occupational safety.
