Job Summary: Administers payroll and other employee payments, ensuring accuracy and timeliness, and provides support for employee inquiries. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manages payroll and special payments, ensuring accuracy and compliance. 2. Processes payroll deductions in accordance with labor legislation. 3. Prepares payroll reports for audits and payment control. **Job Description** ---------------------- Administer payroll and other employee payments for the company, ensuring they are accurate and timely. * Manage employee payments such as: payroll, special payments, retroactive payments, new hires, leaves, benefits, etc. * Process payroll deductions (taxes, social security, garnishments) in accordance with applicable laws. * Address employee questions and requests related to their payments. * Prepare payroll reports to support audit processes and payment control. **Candidate Requirements** -------------------------- * Education: Accounting; Industrial Engineering; Business Administration; Human Resources or related field * Experience: Prior payroll experience and knowledge of Labor Legislation are preferred. **Selection Process** ------------------------ The selection process is conducted through Aira — a recruitment platform designed to enhance your application experience.
