This position arises within a context of departmental evolution and modernization, where it will be critical to bring in a professional who can help systematize, optimize, and strengthen procurement management, maintaining a focus on continuous improvement and the use of technological tools such as ERP. **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES** * Manage planning and execution of procurement for raw materials, inputs, and key operational services. * Drive improvements in procurement processes, promoting efficiency and appropriate use of technological tools. * Build strong supplier relationships and lead negotiations to secure favorable terms for the company. * Analyze market trends and price fluctuations—especially for key inputs—to support better decision-making. * Ensure timely material availability to avoid disruptions to operational continuity. * Supervise and support the development of the procurement team, promoting goal achievement. * Coordinate with internal departments to align procurement needs with budgeting and planning. * Monitor management KPIs to identify opportunities for cost reduction and service-level improvement. * Ensure compliance with internal policies and proper execution of procurement processes. REQUIREMENTS **Academic Qualifications** Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields. Specialization in Supply Chain Management or Procurement is desirable. **Experience** * Minimum 5 years of experience in similar roles. * Experience in procurement management within industrial or related environments. * Experience leading teams. * Experience negotiating with local and international suppliers. **Technical Knowledge** * ERP proficiency (SAP B1 mandatory / S4HANA preferred). * Knowledge of international procurement and Incoterms. * Cost management and analysis. * Inventory and procurement management. * Monitoring of management KPIs.
