Coordinate virtual order fulfillment processes A Peruvian book publishing company is currently seeking a **Warehouse and Distribution Manager** who meets the following profile: **REQUIREMENTS:** * Technical or Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Logistics, or related fields. * Minimum 3 years of experience as Logistics Supervisor, Warehouse Manager, or similar role. * Proven experience in e-commerce, last-mile delivery, and WMS system implementation. * Knowledge of logistics KPIs (inventory, shipments, lead times, costs). * Experience in supplier management, fleet management, and logistics procurement. * Advanced Excel proficiency. **EMPLOYMENT CONDITIONS:** * **Market-competitive salary** * **On-site schedule:** Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM, and Saturdays, 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM, in the district of Surco. * **Payroll:** REMYPE (15 days of vacation) with eligibility to join MYPE (50% of benefits) **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Manage and optimize warehouse organization (layout, space allocation, receiving, shipping, and inventory control), ensuring order, traceability, and operational efficiency. * Supervise inventory control, guaranteeing appropriate stock levels for operations and preventing stockouts or overstocking. * Plan and execute order distribution during high-demand campaigns, ensuring on-time delivery. * Coordinate the full virtual order fulfillment process (picking, packing, and shipping), ensuring timely deliveries and service quality. * Manage the vehicle fleet, controlling maintenance, routing, fuel consumption, and documentation. * Supervise drivers to ensure adherence to routes, delivery timelines, and safety regulations. * Manage procurement requests from various departments, ensuring timely supply. * Design, implement, and improve procurement and logistics processes, procedures, and policies. * Evaluate, negotiate, and qualify suppliers based on quality, cost, and delivery timelines.
