




Position Summary: This role manages and transforms regional compensation and planning information to generate analyses, indicators, and dashboards, optimizing data processes and developing analytical models. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manage and transform regional information for analysis and indicators. 2. Administer, consolidate, and standardize data from Peru, Mexico, and Colombia. 3. Develop and maintain dashboards and indicators for compensation. **Job Description** ---------------------- Manage and transform regional Compensation and Planning information to generate analyses, indicators, and dashboards. 1\. Administer and consolidate information from various systems, databases, and files across Peru, Mexico, and Colombia, ensuring consistency and quality. 2\. Design and implement standardization and harmonization processes for data originating from different layouts and information sources. 3\. Automate data extraction, transformation, and consolidation processes to optimize information generation timelines. 4\. Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and indicators for Compensation and Planning, ensuring timely and reliable information. 5\. Design and administer data models supporting regional analysis of headcount, budget, compensation, and workforce planning. 6\. Define and execute data quality controls, identifying inconsistencies and proposing improvement actions. 7\. Document indicator definitions, business rules, data structures, and information integration processes. 8\. Provide analytical support to regional Compensation, Planning, and People Analytics projects through the generation of information and indicators. 9\. Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation in information management, promoting a culture of continuous improvement. 10\.
