Job Summary: We are seeking a Site Assistant / Maintenance Technician to ensure the operationality and preventive and corrective maintenance of project facilities, performing general maintenance tasks and supporting operations. We are currently seeking top talent for the position of: Position: Site Assistant / Maintenance Technician / Multiskilled Technician **Functions and Responsibilities:** Ensure the operationality and preventive and corrective maintenance of project facilities through the efficient execution of general maintenance work and strict compliance with safety standards, thereby guaranteeing continuity of site activities. * Control material entry and exit at the site. * Maintain order and cleanliness on-site at all times. * Perform basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting work. * Efficient use of travel and execution time. * Carry out general maintenance tasks. * Support operational and general maintenance tasks for the project. * Other responsibilities assigned by your immediate supervisor. * Comply with the company's established safety, hygiene, and quality standards. **Requirements:** * Educational Level: Technical degree (mandatory) * Technical training in electricity, maintenance mechanics, electronics, or related fields (desirable). * Knowledge of: painting, plumbing, electricity, locksmithing, air conditioning, among others. * Industry/Sector: Construction, buildings, office implementations * Minimum 1–2 years of certified experience We Offer: * Formal employment registration with all statutory benefits. * Contract duration: **3 months (initial)** * Location: Lima *We promote labor inclusion and integration without discrimination based on disability, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity and expression, origin, or generation, in compliance with Law No. 29973\.* All talents are welcome!
