Our commitment to excellence has enabled us to establish ourselves as a reliable company both domestically and internationally, developing products that meet the highest standards for commercialization and export, satisfying our customers’ needs through innovation, efficiency, and responsibility. **REQUIREMENTS** * Technical or university graduate in Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. * Minimum of 3 years’ experience as Warehouse Supervisor, Warehouse Manager, or Warehouse Head in distribution, logistics, or mass-consumption companies. * Knowledge of warehouse management, inventory control, and personnel administration. * Desirable experience in receiving, storage, dispatch, and documentary control processes. * Proficiency in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and other relevant software for tracking and managing inventory, shipments, and productivity metrics. * Strong leadership skills with excellent interpersonal and communication abilities to effectively supervise and motivate warehouse staff. * Analytical mindset with the ability to analyze data and identify trends to drive continuous improvement. **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Manage and maintain an up-to-date operations logbook, recording incidents, updates, and pending items to ensure proper shift continuity. * Supervise supplier goods receipt processes and internal warehouse operations. * Control and manage documentation related to inbound, storage, and outbound processes. * Ensure correct loading of transport units, guaranteeing compliance with operational procedures, internal controls, and quality standards. * Supervise order, cleanliness, and safety conditions in warehouses, docks, and operational areas. * Ensure compliance with Good Storage Practices (GSP) and FIFO and FEFO systems. * Conduct product inspections and sampling to verify proper preservation and condition. * Prepare and submit management reports and KPIs related to logistics operations. * Identify and report unsafe conditions or operational risks within the facilities. * Lead the operational team, promoting productivity, discipline, and goal achievement. * Perform other duties inherent to the position as assigned by immediate supervisor. **BENEFITS** * Work location: Ate \-Ceres. * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.; Saturdays, 7:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. * Formal employment under MYPE payroll from day one, including all statutory benefits. * Pleasant working environment. * Opportunity for professional growth and career path. * Competitive market-based salary Apply now and join our team!
