




A well-known leading company in the telecommunications sector, with solid track record and market stability, dedicated to providing engineering, construction, implementation, and infrastructure maintenance services, is seeking a highly qualified Civil Works Coordinator focused on project management, site supervision, and quality assurance. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Minimum education: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent. * Experience: 1 year in similar positions. * Availability to travel to sites or projects. **WORKING CONDITIONS:** * Immediate payroll inclusion under MYPE regime (50% of all legal benefits). * Working hours: Monday to Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., and Saturdays from 8:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. * Work location: Villa el Salvador. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Project planning and coordination: design and execute construction schedules, allocate resources and work teams, ensuring achievement of goals, deadlines, and quality standards. * Technical supervision of civil works: monitor construction processes, foundations, structures, and finishes, guaranteeing proper execution according to technical drawings and specifications. * Management of contractors and site personnel: coordinate and supervise crews, contractors, and subcontractors, ensuring compliance with safety and productivity standards. * Supplier relations and logistics: manage procurement, distribution, and supply of materials, ensuring timely availability and preventing delays in execution. * Regulatory and compliance management: handle permits, licenses, and documentation with municipal authorities and telecommunications regulatory bodies. * Industrial safety and occupational health: implement site safety policies, ensure proper use of PPE, and promote a safe working environment. * Budget control and reporting: monitor costs, manage financial resources, prepare technical reports, and optimize project economic efficiency. * Technical coordination and specialized support: ensure correct installation of equipment, infrastructure, and power and telecommunications systems. * Customer and stakeholder management: maintain effective communication with clients, resolve issues, and track progress and fulfillment of commitments. * Project closure and delivery: coordinate final testing, validate technical documentation, and ensure delivery of works within established time, budget, and quality parameters. * Schedule and coordinate monthly meetings with immediate supervisor to evaluate progress, establish strategies, and ensure achievement of area or project objectives. * Perform quantity takeoffs, cost analysis, and budget preparation, ensuring accuracy in estimates and resource optimization.
