Job Summary: Lead talent management, ensure regulatory compliance, and maintain an excellent work environment through integration activities. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manage talent, recruitment, and onboarding of new hires. 2. Administer personnel and ensure regulatory compliance with SUNAFIL. 3. Organize integration events and promote a positive work environment. What will be your mission? Lead talent management within the company, ensuring strict regulatory compliance (SUNAFIL), optimally managing personnel processes, and guaranteeing an excellent work environment through memorable integration activities. Your main challenges will be: * Talent Acquisition: Design and execute recruitment, selection, and onboarding programs for new hires. * SUNAFIL Electronic Inbox Management: Monitor the SUNAFIL platform and electronic inbox daily to respond promptly to any requests. * Personnel Administration: Collaborate with supervisors on attendance tracking, manage employment contracts (renewals, terminations), and coordinate accurate payroll calculation with the accounting department. * SUNAFIL Representation: Serve as the company's official representative during SUNAFIL inspections and hearings; recommend and prepare necessary letters of defense. * Event and Culture Management: Plan, obtain quotations for, and fully execute mini-football and volleyball tournaments, integration scavenger hunts, and the annual year-end event (including catering, venue selection, quotations, and overall logistics).
