A professional responsible for supporting public and private tender processes, keeping the Sales Coordinator informed about requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Monitor SEACE and track business opportunities.
2. Coordinate the preparation of files and documentation for tenders.
3. Draft contractual documents and coordinate delivery of goods.
At RINAIT, a leading agricultural machinery company, we are seeking to hire a professional responsible for supporting public and private tender processes. Additionally, the candidate must keep the Sales Coordinator informed of requirements submitted by entities through OSCE.
Responsibilities
* Monitor SEACE to identify new business opportunities and track ongoing tender participation.
* Download documentation (tender terms and other related documents) for agricultural machinery, spare parts, trucks, pickup trucks, motorcycles, heavy machinery, etc.
* Inform the Tender Department Head and coordinate file preparation / ensure required documentation is available.
* Register as a participant and submit queries or observations regarding selection processes.
* Provide monthly status updates to the Tender Department Head on won or lost tenders.
* Prepare documents required for contract finalization (standard forms and supplementary documents, bank guarantees, etc.).
* Coordinate administrative tasks for goods delivery.
* Request bank guarantees (subject to prior approval by the Tender Department Head).
* Prepare sworn statements or other documents required in the tender terms issued by the entity for submission of offers.
* Prepare quotations for market studies requested by public entities.
* Draft technical specifications or terms of reference based on the company’s commercial product models.
* Maintain proper order of payment receipts and their corresponding settlements.
* Other duties inherent to the position and assigned by the immediate supervisor.
Requirements
* Completed technical degree (in Business Administration or related field), or currently enrolled in or graduated from university (in Law, Business Administration, International Business, or related field).
* Knowledge of government procurement procedures (mandatory).
* Microsoft Office (Word/Excel — Intermediate level).
Location:
* La Victoria (preference for candidates residing in nearby areas).
Experience:
* Two years of experience in public procurement-related activities.
Salary: S/.2,000.00 – S/.2,500.00 per month
