ELECTRICAL, ELECTROMECHANICAL, ELECTRONIC OR RELATED ENGINEERING SUPERVISOR **Full job description** An electrical services company with over 4 years of industry experience is seeking an ELECTRICAL, ELECTROMECHANICAL, ELECTRONIC OR RELATED ENGINEERING SUPERVISOR, as detailed below: **REQUIREMENTS:** * Graduate or degree holder in Electrical Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, or Electrical Mechanical Engineering. * Minimum 2 years of experience in the electrical field (conduit installation, electrical panels, cable trays, etc.). * High sense of responsibility, strong communication skills, and ability to work under pressure. * Prior experience on Metro Line 2 construction project (not mandatory). **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Supervise electrical works for assigned projects. * Submit daily progress reports to the client. * Coordinate with other departments involved in the project (Occupational Health and Safety, Project Management, Logistics, Administration). * Verify and ensure compliance with work execution requirements. * Prepare daily or weekly technical progress reports. **EMPLOYMENT CONDITIONS:** * Employment regime: Microenterprise (benefits according to applicable law). * SCTR (Workers’ Compensation Insurance) and Mandatory Life Insurance provided. * Work location: Metropolitan Lima.
