





**Commercial & Operations Assistant – Startex Perú S.A.C.** **Required Profile: Academic Background** Technical or university degree in **Industrial Engineering**, or related fields in commercial/operations areas. **Experience** Minimum **one (1) year** in commercial roles, operations, sales support, production coordination, or logistics. **Technical Skills (Hard Skills)** * Commercial management and customer follow-up within the textile/apparel sector. * Proficiency in **CRM** for tracking order status, opportunities, and generating reports. * Basic knowledge of textile processes: **production orders (OP), kilograms, rolls, greige fabric, dyeing, finishing**. * Intermediate-to-advanced Excel (pivot tables, filters, reporting). * Operational coordination: production, dyeing, warehouse, and dispatches. * Basic logistics knowledge: **waybills, deliveries, inventories**. * Excellent written communication skills for emails, quotations, and reports. **Key Responsibilities:** * Continuous tracking of quotations and opportunities in CRM. * Coordination and scheduling of commercial meetings (in-person and virtual). * Prospecting calls, follow-ups, and support for closing deals. * Preparation and submission of quotations, proposals, catalogs, and technical data sheets. * Development of price lists and commercial materials. * Prompt and professional response to inquiries via WhatsApp, email, and phone. * Coordination of end-to-end order flow: from sale to dispatch. * Preparation and registration of **Production Orders (OP)** for greige fabric, dyeing, and finishing. * Daily tracking: production progress, dyeing status, delivery dates, kilograms per color. * Generation of operational reports: stock levels, kilograms in process, active OPs, dispatches. * Constant communication with Production, Dyeing, Warehouse, and Logistics departments. * Reporting to Commercial and Administration departments on progress, delays, and incidents. * Final verification of goods, batches, and total kilograms prior to dispatch. **Benefits** * Opportunity for career growth in commercial or operations areas. * Ongoing training on textile products and processes. * Integration into a growing team. * MYPE labor regime. * Direct interaction with management and strategic departments. **Work Modality and Schedule** * **On-site – Office in Ate (Salamanca)** Monday to Friday: **8:00 a.m. – 5:30 p.m.** Saturday: **8:00 a.m. – 1:30 p.m.** Position Type: Full-time Salary: PEN 1,300.00 – PEN 1,500.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
