**A. POSITION OBJECTIVE** Ensure timely and efficient supply of raw materials and packaging materials through comprehensive purchasing management and logistical coordination, guaranteeing compliance with quality standards, optimization of resources and costs, and contributing to the company's operational continuity and customer satisfaction by delivering high-quality products and services. **B. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:** Coordinate with logistics operators: freight agents, carriers, customs brokers. Coordinate with internal departments on required dispatch dates and conditions: sales, warehouse, PCP, SIG. Prepare export documents: invoice, packing list, certificate of origin, etc. Validate and manage international transport documents: BL, AWB, CRT. **C. EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND:** Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, International Trade, or related fields. Courses, diplomas, or specialization in Logistics, Procurement Management, International Trade, or related areas. Knowledge of legal, commercial, customs, and regulatory regulations. Intermediate level proficiency in Office tools. **D. PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE:** Minimum of 3 years of experience in similar roles. Experience in supplier negotiation, contract management, and international procurement. Experience preparing export documentation. Experience supervising logistics and warehouse processes.
