Reports must be emailed to the Sales Manager no later than one calendar day after the visit. k) Inform the Sales Manager and/or Operations Manager of any complaints, problems, queries, requests, or improvement opportunities, as well as identification of feasible projects from current and prospective customers. l) Submit technical reports—including photographs where applicable—to the Sales Manager and Operations Manager after inspecting equipment at assigned plants, between 8:30 AM and 6:30 PM. m) Sign to acknowledge receipt of all documents issued by the company. In case of disagreement, a written rebuttal must be submitted within no more than two (2) business days of document receipt. n) Report weekly activities and work schedules to the Sales Manager and/or Operations Manager, and send copies of coordination reports outlining planned programs, with a maximum deadline of one calendar day. o) As non-supervised personnel, reports must be sent between 8:30 AM and 6:30 PM. p) Deliver, either in person or virtually, supervision reports on boilers, cooling towers, chemical products, and/or equipment or unit operations to the designated area supervisor and/or the person indicated by the Sales Manager and/or Operations Manager—for each assigned customer. q) Efficiently manage individual and collective performance indicators, attending—either physically or virtually—the monthly review and progress meetings led by the Operations Manager. **PROFILE:** * Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Water Treatment Technician, or specialization in Water Treatment or related fields. * Specialized training courses in water treatment, boilers, chillers, and evaporative condensers. * Minimum 6 months’ experience. * Knowledge of: OSMOSIS, COOLING TOWERS, BOILERS.
