Job Summary: We are seeking a sales trainer/coach for a call center with experience in telecommunications to design and deliver commercial training programs, assess learning outcomes, and provide coaching. Universitaria N° 6893 (two blocks from Santa Luzmila Market, opposite the Los Ángeles Metropolitano bus stop.) **Work Schedule:** Full-time **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:30 PM \| Saturdays, 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM **REQUIREMENTS** * Currently enrolled in or graduated with a technical or university degree in Psychology, Education, Business Administration, or related fields. * Minimum 1 year of experience as a trainer, coach, or instructor in a call center environment. * Experience in telecommunications sales campaigns (internet, fiber optics, telephony). * Excellent communication, public speaking, and group facilitation skills. * Experience designing training materials (presentations, assessments, interactive activities). * Knowledge of sales techniques, handling objections, and closing deals. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications at the user level (PowerPoint, Excel, Word). **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Design, plan, and implement commercial training programs. * Train new hires and reinforce knowledge among existing staff. * Conduct hands-on workshops, role-playing exercises, and group activities focused on sales. * Evaluate learning through tests, simulations, and on-the-job performance monitoring. * Prepare attendance reports, performance metrics, KPIs, and attrition rate analyses. * Provide continuous feedback and coaching to improve sales results. * Identify improvement opportunities and propose targeted training strategies. * Ensure training objectives align with and support operational goals. **BENEFITS** * Fixed salary \+ variable compensation * Timely biweekly payments * Incentives for achieving performance targets * Opportunity for professional growth * Excellent work environment **If you are passionate about teaching and developing high-performance teams, this opportunity is for you!** Employment Type: Full-time Salary: S/.1,600\.00 \- S/.1,800\.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
