




A fuel retail company operating a chain of service stations is seeking a Service Station Administrator. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. * Intermediate and/or advanced Excel proficiency (report generation). * Minimum 3 years’ experience as supervisor, administrator, or team leader in service or retail companies. * Experience leading work teams. * Experience in commercial management. * Availability to work Monday through Saturday in an industry operating 365 days per year. * Must reside in Lima or Callao. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Plan, organize, execute, and monitor all activities related to fuel sales and distribution processes to achieve the strategic objectives of the assigned station. * Establish commercial relationships with new customers to generate business and acquire new clients. * Lead station staff in achieving the company’s strategic objectives and foster a positive working environment among team members. * Conduct periodic station inspections to supervise compliance with applicable operational and safety procedures. **OTHER DUTIES:** * Adhere to company procedures. * Ensure station operational efficiency and safety; oversee compliance with controls (inventory, cash, credit cards, vouchers, expenses, and assets). * Maintain service quality standards. * Preserve and enhance the station’s image and appearance. * Ensure continuous fuel supply to the station. * Increase sales at the assigned station by engaging corporate clients. **BENEFITS:** * Formal employment registration under MYPE regime from day one. * Career development path. * Productivity-based bonuses.
