Driving for armed guarding and operational support **Private security company** is seeking a **Guard Driver** for **Armed Guarding** duties, requiring the following profile: **Requirements:** * Valid driver's license (car or motorcycle). * **Valid firearm license L1, L4, or L5** * **6x1 work schedule** (day off on Saturday or Sunday according to roster, subject to change). * Firearm ownership desirable (not mandatory) * SUCAMEC course is not required; it is **optional** * **Mandatory availability to work rotating shifts** * **Essential experience in guard or security driver functions** **Employment Conditions** * Salary under **MYPE payroll** (half bonus, half CTS, 15 days vacation, retirement insurance, EsSalud, and SCRT) * **Bi-weekly payments** * **Transportation allowance and overtime pay** * Shifts on **rotating schedules**. * Availability to **travel to provinces 1–2 times per week** (depending on service). * No vehicle (car or motorcycle) is assigned immediately; initially, other operational tasks are performed. **Responsibilities** * Driving of car or motorcycle for **armed guarding and operational support**. * Completion of assigned routes and services within Metropolitan Lima * Support in operational tasks related to security services. * Compliance with established security protocols and regulations.
