Job Summary: We are seeking a committed and organized Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) Assistant to support the implementation and monitoring of the Occupational Health and Safety Management System (OHSMS), conducting inspections and training. Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) Assistant – Callao We are currently looking for a committed, organized, and service-oriented **Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) Assistant** to join our team. Responsibilities: * Provide support in implementing and monitoring the Occupational Health and Safety Management System (OHSMS). * Conduct safety inspections at facilities and operational sites. * Assist in hazard identification, risk assessment, and follow-up on control measures. * Deliver inductions, training sessions, and safety talks to personnel. * Investigate incidents and accidents, and follow up on corrective actions. * Prepare reports, indicators, and OHS-related documentation. * Verify proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE). * Support compliance with current Occupational Health and Safety regulations. * Conduct visits to various locations as required by operations. Requirements: * Bachelor’s degree or graduate in Industrial Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Safety Engineering, or related fields. * Minimum of **1 year** of experience in similar positions. * Knowledge of Law No. 29783 and its Regulation. * Intermediate-level proficiency in Microsoft Office. * Availability to work in **Callao**, and to travel to other locations when necessary.
