




Position Summary: FELOGI is seeking a Documentation Assistant for its sales department, responsible for documentary management and control, customer communication, and report preparation. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manages and validates documentation, including electronic shipping guides. 2. Coordinates the delivery and return of documentation nationwide. 3. Maintains smooth communication with suppliers and customers. We are currently seeking a **DOCUMENTATION ASSISTANT** for our sales department. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Receive, review, and validate documents (signatures, dates, and client requirements). * Register and track documents delivered and pending per client. * Coordinate the delivery and return of documentation from provinces to Lima. * Maintain communication with suppliers and customers for document tracking. * Review electronic shipping guides and other required supporting documents. * Prepare weekly reports on the status of documentation. * Monitor pending documentation awaiting return. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Education: Technical or university studies in Administration, Archiving, or Logistics. * Experience: 1 year in billing or documentary control. * Knowledge: Document control, sender and carrier shipping guides, intermediate Excel skills, familiarity with ERP systems for document control. **COMPETENCIES:** * Organization. * Attention to detail. * Responsibility. * Communication. * Customer orientation.
