If you have completed secondary education, are available for rotating shifts, and wish to grow within a stable organization, this opportunity is for you. **Job Requirements:** * Completion of secondary education. * Residence in Ventanilla or the vicinity of Parque Porcino. * Availability to work rotating shifts from Monday to Sunday. * Availability for 12-hour shifts and 6-hour shifts on Saturdays. **Responsibilities:** * Perform loading, unloading, and handling of waste in compliance with established safety regulations. * Provide support in operational document control. * Carry out tasks assigned by the area supervisor. **We Offer:** * Full payroll registration from the first day of employment. * Biweekly salary payments. * Additional allowances for transportation and meals. * Attendance compliance incentive. * Special bonus of S/ 1,000 in June and November. * Training and development programs. * Opportunities for career advancement within the organization.
