Comprehensive management of projects and multidisciplinary teams **CONSTRUCTION MANAGER** **Position Profile** We are looking for a highly qualified professional to assume the position of **Construction Manager**, with experience in large-scale infrastructure projects. **Profession** * Graduated and licensed in **Civil Engineering**. * Valid professional license. **Minimum Requirements** * Minimum of **five (05\) years of experience** in **construction execution and/or supervision**, in one of the following project types: * Road construction. * Port construction. * Fisheries infrastructure. * Port infrastructure. * Previous experience in one of the following positions: * Project Manager. * Construction Manager. * Technical Manager. * Construction Director. * Construction Administrator. * Projects Manager. * Project Coordinator. * Operations Manager. * Construction Coordinator. **Competencies** * Leadership. * Planning and organization. * Decision-making. * Management of multidisciplinary teams. * Results orientation. * Effective communication. * Negotiation skills. * Conflict resolution. **Main Responsibilities** * Plan, direct, and control the overall execution of the construction. * Supervise compliance with schedule, budget, and quality requirements. * Manage assigned human, material, and equipment resources. * Coordinate with the client, supervisory entities, and other involved parties. * Ensure compliance with occupational safety, health, and environmental regulations. * Manage risks and propose improvement actions during project execution.
