**HR COORDINATOR**
**RESPONSIBILITIES:**
* *Design, implement, and supervise HR strategies aligned with the company's organizational and operational objectives.*
* *Lead recruitment, selection, onboarding, training, and human talent development processes.*
* *Comprehensively manage personnel administration, including payroll preparation and control, pay slips, social benefit settlements, and attendance tracking.*
* *Supervise compliance with current labor regulations, internal policies, and disciplinary procedures in accordance with Peruvian labor law.*
* *Provide advisory support to management and department heads on labor matters, personnel management, and conflict resolution.*
* *Prepare employment contracts, renewals, addendums, and related labor documentation.*
* *Administer social benefits, vacations, subsidies, medical leaves, and employee termination processes.*
* *Implement wellness programs, organizational climate initiatives, corporate culture activities, and initiatives to strengthen labor commitment.*
* *Manage HR indicators (e.g., turnover, absenteeism, coverage, performance) to support decision-making and continuous improvement.*
* *Prepare and control the HR department budget.*
* *Coordinate labor audits and respond to inspections or requests from entities such as SUNAFIL and the Ministry of Labor.
**ACADEMIC QUALIFICATIONS:**
* *Supervise compliance with OSH (Occupational Safety and Health) standards in coordination with relevant departments.*
* *Propose improvements to internal policies, processes, and procedures related to human talent management.*
* *Maintain up-to-date personnel documentation and ensure confidentiality of labor-related information.*
* *Bachelor's degree or professional title in Psychology, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Law, or related fields.*
* *Specialization \- courses in Human Resource Management, Labor Legislation, or Human Talent Management (preferred).
**REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE:**
* **Solid knowledge of labor law and Peruvian labor legislation.**
* *Payroll processing, pay slips, social benefit settlements, and personnel administration.*
* *Knowledge of recruitment, selection, training, and performance evaluation processes.*
* *Proficiency in HR management indicators.*
* *Knowledge of Occupational Safety and Health (OSH).*
* *Intermediate or advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office.*
* *Experience with payroll and HR management systems.
Salary: S/.1,800\.00 \- S/.2,500\.00 per month
