Position Summary: We are seeking passionate faculty members to teach courses in Information Systems Development, Data Science and AI, and Information Security, using an active pedagogical methodology and technological tools. The San Agustín Higher Education Institute (ISAT), located in Lince, is an educational institution belonging to the Augustinian Order, Province of Our Lady of Grace of Peru, licensed by the Ministry of Education (MINEDU) to offer the following technical professional programs: Information Systems Development, Administrative Management, Human Resources Management, Data Science and Artificial Intelligence, Information Security, Accounting, and Marketing. In this context, we seek passionate faculty members to teach courses for the programs of Information Systems Development, Data Science and Artificial Intelligence, and Information Security. Adopt an active, participatory, and cooperative holistic pedagogical methodology for distance education, incorporating technological tools—ICTs (knowledge, skills, and attitudes). Complete academic recordkeeping (attendance and assessments) within the established timeframe. Conduct classes according to the subject’s scheduled curriculum and content. Prepare and evaluate syllabi and learning guides prior to the start of each academic term. Verify the originality of student-created work using Google’s purchased legitimacy and originality service. Conduct online assessments using interactive tools. Provide academic support and/or tutoring to students throughout the learning process. Supervise and verify the absence of identity fraud during online examinations with enabled webcams. Participate in meetings, training sessions, and updates convened by the Academic Management Department or as appropriate, to apply acquired knowledge in the virtual environment. Currently, we have over 800 staff members across our institutions nationwide. Requirements Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Systems Engineering, Systems Development, Information Security, Cybersecurity, or Telecommunications. Professional in Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, and Software Development or related fields. One year of teaching experience in higher education (mandatory). Ethics, proactivity, commitment, and honesty. Planning and organizational skills. Ability to collaborate effectively in multidisciplinary teams, demonstrating leadership and professional responsibility. Innovation capability. Leadership / mentoring skills. Effective communication. Technological competencies for distance education. **Knowledge and proficiency in:** Visual Studio Code (VS Code), GitHub, Postman, VirtualBox, Docker, Git. Familiarity with technological tools and virtual platforms: Google Workspace (Google Docs, Spreadsheets, Forms, Slides, Meet, Drive). Google Classroom. Jamboard. YouTube Activities. Proficiency in programming languages and technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Python, Java, PHP, SQL, and frameworks including React, Laravel, Django, etc. Desirable certifications include CEH (Certified Ethical Hacker), CompTIA Security+, CISSP, ISO 27001 Lead Auditor, among others. Proven experience using tools such as Python (with libraries: Pandas, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, etc.), R, SQL, Power BI, among others. Experience in vulnerability analysis, risk management, network monitoring, ethical hacking, or system auditing. Basic English proficiency.
