Job Summary: We are seeking a professional to plan, supervise, and manage maintenance and industrial service work at hydrocarbon plants. Key Highlights: 1. Leadership and team management in industrial projects. 2. Planning and supervision of work at industrial plants. 3. Knowledge of safety practices for high-risk work. **Requirements:** * Degree, professional registration, and license as a Mechanical, Industrial, or Chemical Engineer, or related field. * More than 3 years of experience in maintenance, general services, metal-mechanical work, and industrial coating for hydrocarbon plants. * Intermediate knowledge of fabrication and assembly of metallic structures. * Experience in planning and supervision of work at industrial plants and terminals. * Knowledge of safety practices for high-risk, hot-work, etc. * Solid knowledge of industrial painting, basic mechanical maintenance, and civil works. * Report and documentation management. * Personnel management capability. * Availability to work in CALLAO. **Responsibilities:** * Schedule and plan assigned work. * Support procurement bidding processes. * Prepare requirements and coordinate procurement. * Direct on-site supervision of personnel. * Prepare reports and documentation regarding completed work and executed schedules. * Other duties as assigned by the Operations Manager. **Skills:** * Leadership and team management. * Customer orientation and effective communication skills. * Ability to plan and solve problems. * Time management and organizational skills.
