Today, we seek a Pastry Assistant who shares our passion and wants to help us create the finest products. **Requirements:** * Completed secondary education and/or technical studies in pastry. * Minimum 1 year of experience in pastry production or similar positions. * Knowledge of assembly, decoration, and handling of ingredients. * Knowledge of dough, cream, and pastry recipe preparation. * Commitment, responsibility, and passion for the job. * Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment. **Responsibilities:** * Production, assembly, and decoration of desserts according to company standards. * Inventory rotation and control of ingredients. * Support in preparing various work areas. * Compliance with food hygiene and safety regulations. * Maintenance of order and cleanliness in the production area. **Working Conditions:** * Work Mode: On-site * Location: Santiago de Surco, Lima * Immediate availability * Includes lunch If you meet the requirements and wish to join a team passionate about pastry, please submit your application.
