Job Summary: We are seeking a Customer Service and Security Control Agent to ensure security, access control, and user guidance at a facility. Key Responsibilities: 1. Ensure security and access control. 2. Provide guidance and courteous treatment to customers and visitors. 3. Assist in emergency situations and record incidents. **This company belongs to the PUBLIC SECTOR and is seeking a CUSTOMER SERVICE AND SECURITY CONTROL AGENT \- WORK LOCATION: AV. COLONIAL \- CALLAO.** **REQUIREMENTS:** * Completed secondary education. * 6 months to 1 year of experience in security, parking management, store assistance, or concierge services. * Basic computer skills, including basic Excel and other digital devices. * Private security course (if applicable) and basic first aid training. * Residence in districts adjacent to Callao. * Availability to work Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM and Saturdays from 8:00 AM to 11:00 AM. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Ensure facility security, access control, and proper flow of customers, suppliers, and visitors by providing guidance, support, and courteous treatment, ensuring a safe and orderly experience from entry to exit. * Guide customers, suppliers, and visitors on proper vehicle parking. * Open and close store and garage doors. * Guide users (customers, suppliers, or general visitors) to maintain order and notify the responsible person who summoned them. * Monitor entry and exit of people, vehicles, and merchandise. * Maintain order in common areas and the parking zone. * Assist in emergency situations (evacuation, basic first aid). * Record any incident or occurrence in the logbook. * Supervise compliance with internal rules (e.g., no smoking, no blocking access points). * Provide friendly, respectful treatment with a customer service orientation. **BENEFITS:** * Salary: S/ 1600\. * Formal employment registration with all statutory benefits. * Pleasant working environment. **Interested candidates meeting the above profile should send their CV to segethmed@gmail.com with the subject line: Customer Service and Security Control Agent.** Salary: Starting from S/.1,600\.00 per hour Workplace: On-site employment
