Requirements: * Experience supervising cleaning staff in public institutions * Two years of supervision of cleaning services * Basic office software knowledge Main Responsibilities: * Daily monitoring of staff (cleaning operators) attendance and reporting service execution incidents to the user department. * Responsible for distributing supplies, tools, cleaning materials, equipment, safety gear, and uniforms to operators. * Must possess sufficient competencies and authority to make decisions and resolve any issues that arise, while keeping stakeholders informed and coordinating effectively. * Verify and monitor the use of safety equipment, such as safety shoes and other items required for each task.
