Continuous training and professional development At **Katsura Servicios Navales S.A.C.**, we are seeking a **Naval Operations Supervisor** to lead our metalworking workshop activities and supervise the execution of naval services, ensuring compliance with quality, safety, and productivity standards. Requirements * Certified technician or graduate in **Mechanical Engineering, Naval Engineering, Production Mechanics, or related fields.** * Minimum 2 years of experience as a **Naval Operations Supervisor.** * Experience in metalworking workshops, industrial maintenance, or naval services. * Knowledge of welding, fabrication of metal structures, piping, and mechanical maintenance. * Ability to interpret mechanical drawings. * Supervision of operational staff. * Knowledge of Occupational Safety and Health (SSOMA). * Proficiency in **Microsoft Office.** * Driver's license A\-I preferred. **Responsibilities** * Supervise and coordinate daily operational staff activities. * Assign and monitor execution of work orders. * Verify quality of completed work and adherence to established deadlines. * Coordinate procurement of materials, tools, and equipment. * Prepare progress and incident reports. * Ensure compliance with safety regulations and proper use of PPE. * Optimize workshop productivity and performance. **Competencies** * Leadership. * Organization and planning. * Effective communication. * Working under pressure. * Results orientation. * Proactivity and decision-making. **Working Conditions** * Formal employment from day one (Microenterprise Regime). * Initial remuneration as offered; subject to improvement based on performance. * Labor benefits according to the Microenterprise Regime. * Continuous training and professional development opportunities. * Excellent working environment. * Opportunity to learn and grow in the naval sector.
