**RAMP GUIDES – NEW JORGE CHÁVEZ AIRPORT (CALLAO)** **Main Responsibilities:** * Provide guidance and information to users on the use of baggage carts. * Supervise their proper use in the airport's public area. * Prevent accidents, especially on escalators and in high-risk areas. *(This position requires standing for the entire workday.)* **Ideal Candidate Profile:** * Completed secondary education and/or completed or incomplete technical studies (current students are not considered). * No English proficiency required. * Strong communication skills, personal presentation, proactiveness, and customer orientation. * Ability to stand throughout the workday while performing operational and preventive safety duties. * Mandatory residence in Callao (near the new airport), as access is only available via Aerodirecto Bus. **Working Conditions:** * 12-hour rotating shifts under a 4x2 schedule: (2 day shifts: 8 a.m.–8 p.m. / 2 night shifts: 8 p.m.–8 a.m. / 2 rest days). * Monthly payment at the end of each month. * Full payroll inclusion from the first day of employment. **Compensation:** * With dependents: up to S/1,500 (S/1,130 base + benefits + family allowance). * Without dependents: up to S/1,400 (S/1,130 base + benefits).
