The **EPIC Institute**, specialized in film, post-production, and animation based in Barranco, is currently seeking an **IT Support and Technology Manager** to ensure the proper operation of our equipment, audiovisual labs, and academic platforms. **Main Responsibilities** * Provide on-site technical support to students, faculty, and administrative staff. * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on PCs, laptops, printers, and other peripherals used in academic areas. * Manage and monitor the institutional network (LAN/WiFi), access points, and communication devices. * Install, configure, and update academic, administrative, and specialized software. * Manage access rights, user accounts, and permissions on institutional platforms. * Ensure the proper functioning of the **Jaguar** academic system by maintaining its continuous operation and regular updates. * Supervise and guarantee the availability of the Virtual Classroom for the entire academic community. * Perform backup operations, restorations, and provide support in basic server tasks. * Provide support to film and post-production labs as needed. **Requirements** * Technical degree or graduate in Computer Science, Networking, Systems, or related fields. * Minimum of 1 year of experience in on-site technical support. * **Knowledge in:** Windows operating systems (intermediate) and macOS (intermediate); Networks (router, switch, AP configuration, structured cabling) * Hardware maintenance and repair * Office productivity software (intermediate/advanced) * Familiarity or experience with the **Jaguar** system or other academic management systems. * Experience with virtual learning environments (virtual classrooms, LMS). * Basic knowledge of servers, backups, and cybersecurity. * Proficiency with audiovisual or post-production software. **We Offer** * Monthly salary: **S/ 2,500** * Creative, dynamic, and collaborative work environment * Opportunity to join a well-recognized institution in the audiovisual industry * Professional growth opportunities * 100% on-site work in Barranco Position type: Full-time, Permanent Salary: S/.2,500\.00 \- S/.2,800\.00 per month Work location: On-site employment
