





Job Opening – Food Processing Operator We are a company dedicated to the industrial processing of food, specializing in cutting, peeling, dicing, and preparing pastes from raw materials such as squash, rocoto pepper, cassava, broad beans, and other vegetable ingredients. We are seeking Production Operators with strong values of responsibility, commitment, and orientation toward meeting food quality and safety standards. Technical and General Requirements: * Experience in food processing plants, agro-industry, or related production lines (desirable). * Basic knowledge of GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and hygienic handling of food. * Availability to work on-site in Callao, Monday through Saturday. * Valid health certificate or willingness to obtain one. * Ability to work under pressure, meet production deadlines, and maintain operational discipline. * High level of proactivity, organization, and teamwork orientation. Technical Responsibilities: * Carry out production program activities in accordance with established standards. * Participate in the receipt, selection, washing, and disinfection of raw materials according to food safety protocols. * Perform cutting, peeling, dicing, pulp removal, weighing, and packaging in compliance with each product’s technical specifications. * Prepare pastes, dressings, and food mixtures, ensuring homogeneity and adherence to formulations. * Operate production tools and equipment (knives, peelers, processors, cutters, mixers, etc.) following safety regulations. * Record basic operational information (weights, times, batches, losses) as required. * Maintain an orderly workstation, applying SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) and hygiene standards.
