**RESERVATIONS OPERATOR – OPERATIONS DEPARTMENT** Do you have experience in the aviation industry and are passionate about operational work? We are Frío Aéreo Asociación Civil, a Peruvian association of fresh vegetable producers and exporters dedicated to providing logistical solutions for air freight exports. Our refrigerated warehouse serves as the primary outbound channel for asparagus, as well as blueberries, mangoes, flowers, peas, pomegranates, and other products. We are currently seeking 1 Reservations Operator to join our team. **Job Mission:** Handle the receipt of cargo bookings and/or airline cargo allocations, ensuring accurate coordination and smooth information flow during each shift. **Key Responsibilities:** * Coordinate with airlines regarding flight arrivals (commercial and/or cargo flights) and prepare the corresponding schedule. * Receive cargo bookings or allocations and communicate them to the supervisor prior to palletization. * Cross-check air waybills (AWBs) against bookings/allocations and verify total cargo intake. * Request flight arrival confirmations upon receipt of documentation. * Maintain an updated whiteboard displaying departure schedules and shift-related observations. * Coordinate booking/ allocation modifications with airlines. * Request security personnel to conduct blanket control per flight. * Report incidents to incoming staff. * Support additional activities assigned by supervisors. **Requirements:** * Graduate in International Business. * Completed secondary education or technical/superior studies (preferred). * 1 year of experience in air cargo cold chain **or** 6 months in similar positions. * Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint). * Customer service experience (preferred). * Minimum age: 18 years. **Key Competencies:** * Teamwork * Service orientation * Initiative * Organization and responsibility * Effective communication * Analytical ability Employment Type: Full-time Salary: S/.1,350.00 per month Work Location: On-site
