




Job Summary: This role is responsible for organizing and scheduling service requests, conducting sample testing, and reporting chemical analysis results, with opportunities to propose new methodologies. In Peru, we operate across most economic sectors—including mining, agriculture, and fishing—forming part of the value chain for their products and services. **Job Description** * Organize and schedule service request handling, analysis priorities, and workload distribution. * Conduct sample testing in accordance with defined procedures and protocols. * Review, validate, and report interim and final chemical test results to the direct supervisor. * Prepare productivity reports and service delivery reports for internal customers as applicable. * Coordinate requisition and replenishment of orders based on departmental needs, in consultation with the direct supervisor. * Propose and/or implement new laboratory methodologies based on review of standards or technical information, coordinated with the direct supervisor and/or relevant department. * Guide or mentor staff on applied testing methods. * Participate in quality and safety activities as required. * Perform other similar duties as assigned by the employer or higher-level supervisor, based on operational needs and requirements. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Chemistry, Metallurgy, Chemical Engineering, or related fields. * Proficiency in analytical techniques: Inorganic, Metallurgical, Environmental. * Experience operating AAS, Leco, and/or similar equipment. * Knowledge of volumetric and instrumental techniques for mineral samples. * Good laboratory practices preferred. * Basic understanding of ISO 9001 or ISO 17025 standards. * Minimum 2 years as an analyst or performing similar activities; 3 years preferred. * Work location: Callao, with rotating shifts. **Additional Information** * Full payroll registration from day one. * Statutory life insurance. * Ongoing training opportunities. * Corporate partnership agreements
