With more than 89,000 employees, we operate a network of more than 2,600 offices and laboratories around the world.** **Job Description*** Plan, coordinate, and lead project execution in accordance with organizational guidelines and standards. * Ensure compliance with Repsol’s technical specifications and applicable complementary international standards. * Manage procurement processes, contracting, cost management, and project portfolio control. * Monitor project progress, ensuring achievement of objectives in terms of schedule, scope, cost, and quality. * Coordinate with various technical and operational departments to ensure proper integration of activities. * Maintain up-to-date contractual and project management documentation, generating progress reports. * Identify risks, propose preventive and corrective actions, and ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards. **Requirements*** Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, or related fields. * Minimum of 10 years’ experience in project management, including at least 5 years in senior leadership roles. * Advanced knowledge of Repsol’s specifications relevant to the service specialty. * Advanced knowledge of international standards complementary to Repsol’s specifications. * Familiarity with PMBOK Guide, procurement processes, cost management, and project portfolio management. * Proficiency as a user of: MS Project, AutoCAD, Navisworks, Office 365, SAP SE, and Plant 3D. * Driver’s license A1 \- Preferred * Intermediate English (written and spoken) and advanced reading proficiency. **Additional Information** Additional Information: * Formal employment contract with full statutory benefits effective from the first day of work. * EPS (health insurance) coverage at 80% for the employee. * Positive working environment. * Access to corporate benefits.
