Report to and coordinate with engineers regarding tasks required by Sedapal. 2. Report field construction processes for tasks required by SEDAPAL. 3. Deliver timely and accurate field information required by SEDAPAL and the relevant department. 4. Coordinate with the radio operator and respective administrative department regarding work orders received from the client. 5. Request materials, equipment, and tools necessary for planned work activities. 6. Monitor and assist with preparation and loading of materials, equipment, and tools onto the assigned unit one day prior to its departure to the field. 7. Delegate verification of materials, equipment, and tools required for activity execution before departure to the field to ensure work execution and quality. 8. Directly lead, train, and supervise crew members to ensure their work complies with work orders issued in the field, providing guidance, instructions, and feedback to personnel. 9. Supervise compliance with safety regulations during construction processes when executing work orders required by SEDAPAL. 10. Record, report, monitor, and assist with daily personnel activities, reporting on material, equipment, tool, and time usage for cost determination. 11. Formulate and/or anticipate requirements, including procurement of materials, equipment, tools, and other resources needed for efficient and safe field activities. 12. Daily verify that all personnel under supervision are fit to perform their duties, checking uniforms, PPE, photo ID cards, national identity documents (DNI), driver’s licenses (Brevete), as applicable, and promptly report any anomalies to their immediate supervisor. 13. Maintain daily personnel records and report tardiness, absences, or unauthorized departures from duty or workplace to the immediate supervisor every day. 14. Verify at the end of each workday that assigned personnel have completed assigned tasks and remain within established parameters to avoid client penalties. 15. Ensure and verify that, upon completion of daily work and before leaving the worksite, the crew adheres to site cleanup instructions for their designated area, and does not leave used or unused materials and equipment—including pipes, fittings, manhole covers, concrete mixers, safety equipment, etc.—on public roads. 16. Ensure that, prior to commencing work, the crew properly installs safety signage at work fronts and maintains visibility and good condition throughout daily work execution. 17. Request physical or virtual interference plans from the immediate supervisor. 18. Take appropriate precautions and respect existing signage to avoid damaging electrical cables, telephone lines, gas pipelines, fiber optics, water or sewer pipes, etc.; immediately notify the supervising engineer, resident engineer, and safety officer if such incidents occur. 19. Manage, together with the immediate supervisor, documentation related to returning recovered or uninstalled field materials, and supervise cleaning of tools and equipment used during the work shift. 20. Ensure that no unauthorized individuals—i.e., persons not belonging to the work crews or the company—are permitted inside company vehicles under any circumstances. 21. Properly use PPE, safety equipment, machinery, substances, or any production means according to provided training and instructions. 22. Report to supervisors any identified health and safety risks or defects in facilities, equipment, or safety procedures. 23. Perform tasks including fabrication of supports, painting, and maintaining order and cleanliness. 24. Carry out other duties and/or activities as directed by the immediate supervisor.
