Job Summary: We are seeking a Shadow Teacher to provide individualized accompaniment and academic reinforcement for a secondary school student, adapting the curriculum and supporting inclusion and skill development. Key Responsibilities: 1. Individualized support and academic reinforcement for the student. 2. Curriculum adaptation and promotion of autonomy. 3. Support for inclusion and development of social skills. Shadow Teacher We are looking for a special education teacher, preferably with experience in secondary education, mathematics, and sciences. To provide accompaniment and reinforcement for a secondary school student. The responsibilities include: * Individualized student support, promoting autonomy, academic reinforcement, and homework assistance. * Curriculum adaptation according to learning needs. * Mediation between the educational institution and the student's parents or guardians. * Inclusion in all activities and development of social skills. * Support during therapies and implementation of guidelines provided by specialists. * Preferably reside in an area with easy access to the Miraflores district. * Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7 AM to 4 PM. Salary: S/.2,000\.00 per month Experience: * Accompaniment: 1 year (Preferred) Language: * English or other language (Preferred) Work Location: On-site employment
