Job Summary: We are seeking an assistant with experience in construction or maintenance, basic knowledge of construction, and the ability to work in a team—following instructions and maintaining order. Key Highlights: 1. Prior experience in construction, installation, or maintenance. 2. Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively. 3. Proactive attitude, willingness to learn and adapt. \-Prior experience as a construction assistant, installation assistant, maintenance technician, or similar roles. \-Basic knowledge of construction, electricity, mechanics, or installations (desirable but not mandatory). \-Proficiency and familiarity with hand and power tools. \-Ability to follow precise technical instructions from the installer, supervisor, or responsible technician. \-Teamwork skills, effective communication, and on-site support capability. \-Responsibility, punctuality, and commitment to completing tasks and adhering to schedules. \-Good physical condition for activities requiring moderate effort. \-Proactive attitude, willingness to learn and adapt to various tasks. \-Ability to maintain order and cleanliness in the work area. \-Availability for on-site work and flexible hours (as required by the project). Salary: S/.1,500\.00 \- S/.1,700\.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
