At PERFOTUNEL S.A.C., we are seeking a Logistics Assistant to join our team in the civil construction sector. Workplace: San Isidro \- Corpac (on-site) Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., and Saturdays, 8:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. **Main Responsibilities** * **Receiving, reviewing, and validating supplier invoices**, especially for logistics services, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and service or purchase orders. * Serving as the **first accounting and tax filter** for invoices prior to recording. * Preparing and managing **service orders** and **payment schedules** for approval. * Supporting the **accounting recording** of purchase and expense invoices in the system (Starsoft). * Verifying applicable withholdings, deductions, and perceptions before payment. * Performing **accounts payable and advance reconciliations**. * Coordinating with the **logistics and treasury departments** to validate deliveries, services, and payment schedules. * Maintaining an updated and organized **physical and digital archive** of accounting documents, service orders, invoices, and supporting vouchers. * Assisting in the **issuance of sales invoices**, credit notes, and debit notes when required. * Participating in the **preparation of monthly accounting reports** and supporting internal or external audits. **Requirements** * **Education:** Technical diploma or degree in Accounting, Administration, or related fields. * **Experience:** Minimum **6 months** in similar roles (in logistics, construction, or industrial service companies). * **Specific knowledge:** * Electronic invoicing, withholdings, deductions, and perceptions. * Preparation of service orders and payment schedules. * Intermediate **Excel proficiency** (pivot tables, basic formulas). * Fundamental accounting standards and administrative procedures.
