Job Summary: We are seeking a professional to comprehensively manage fleets and infrastructure maintenance, ensuring vehicle availability and process control. Key Highlights: 1. Manages preventive and corrective maintenance of the vehicle fleet. 2. Supervises and manages infrastructure at branch locations. 3. Requires experience in fleet management and customer service. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** 01\. MAINTENANCE MANAGEMENT Supervise fleet maintenance: preventive and corrective. 2\. INFRASTRUCTURE ADMINISTRATION Manage maintenance and renovation of branch locations, including operating licenses and permits. 3\. SYSTEM REGISTRATION MANAGEMENT Ensure data accuracy in the Maintenance Management System (SUP). 4\. MAINTENANCE DEPARTMENT MANAGEMENT Supervise that the maintenance department complies with maintenance and/or repair processes and deadlines to ensure vehicle availability. SUP 5\. VEHICLE YARD CONTROL Perform daily quality control of vehicles parked in the yard. SUP 6\. PROCUREMENT ORDER MANAGEMENT Record procurement orders. 7\. MINI-CASH ACCOUNT SETTLEMENT Record mini-cash documentation in the system. 8\. ST REGISTRATION IN COBRA Update vehicle records in Cobra. 9\. TICKET CONTROL Validate tickets on platforms. SUP 10\. TECHNICAL SUPPORT Provide technical assistance to customers in case of any incident.
